What to know about the Betard project service?

The Betard Projekt service is aimed at those planning to pave paths, driveways, squares, terraces, etc., on the property, using Betard decorative concrete paving stones or decorative slabs. This is a practical solution especially for private investors planning a development of at least 100 m², but it can also be successfully used by developers and managers of public spaces. For larger developments (more than 500 m²), we can individually adjust the scope of the design service.

Yes. The term ‘Design service’ is used in our materials due to the popularity of this term in customer enquiries. The formal name, used in the Regulations, is ‘The paving and landscape architecture development service’, and the individual variants of the offer also have separate names: 2D ONLINE PROJECT, 2D COMPLEX PROJECT, 3D COMPLEX PROJECT.

The paving concept is developed using specially selected Betard paving products with decorative finishes such as aged surface, melange surface, washed surface. Presentations of these products can be found, for example, on the manufacturer's website, under Paving stones and decorative panels.

Furthermore, depending on the needs and arrangements with the designer Betard, the concept may include proposals for the use of complementary elements, such as walls, palisades, fences and Betard street furniture. These products are presented on the subpages:

Landscape architecture

There are 3 design service options to choose from: 2D ONLINE PROJECT, 2D COMPLEX PROJECT, 3D COMPLEX PROJECT. Each includes: the production of a 2D colour plan, a dimensioned projection for the contractor and material and quantity specifications. Each also includes an online or telephone consultation and the opportunity to request a free amendment. In addition, the 2D COMPLEX PROJECT and 3D COMPLEX PROJECT packages are extended to include a visit by a Betard designer and taking measurements with a consultation directly on the property. The 3D variant of COMPLEX PROJECT also offers a 3D visualisation of the pavement included in the project.

The main customers for Betard's design service are residents of the Dolnośląskie, Opolskie and Wielkopolskie provinces. Within these provinces, the designer is also expected to visit construction sites, available for the 2D COMPLEX PROJECT and 3D COMPLEX PROJECT packages. However, this does not exclude the possibility of ordering a 2D ONLINE PROJECT for people from neighbouring provinces.

The basis for ordering the service is the completion of a form and payment according to the current price list. The service can be ordered:

a) at BETARD RETAIL OUTLETS, a list of which is available on the POINTS OF SALE subpage.

b) directly at BETARD, by submitting the form available on the service sub-page.

Once the order has been paid for and accepted for completion, the developer is already contacted directly by the Betard designer to agree further details of the work.

Each package includes the possibility of a special discount. It consists of a refund of part of the service fee, and the condition for receiving it is the purchase of at least 90% of the Betard products indicated in the concept within 90 days of the completion of the Service Order. This can reduce the final cost of the Betard Projekt service to the value of PLN 1 for the 2D ONLINE PROJECT package, PLN 500 for the 2D COMPLEX PROJECT package, PLN 1,500 for the 3D COMPLEX PROJECT package.

No. To receive a partial refund as a discount for the selected package, after purchasing at least 90% of the products indicated in the concept within 90 days of receiving the project, send a report to the email address of the BETARD RETAIL OUTLET where the design service was purchased. The report should include: BETARD project number, scans of invoices confirming the purchase of Betard paving stones/street furniture (according to the bill of materials) and the number of the account to which the discount is to be paid. The refund is made by the RETAIL OUTLET to which the fee for the design service was paid together with the purchase of the material, after confirmation of the above information.

Yes. The minimum square metre of designed paving is 100 m² of Betard paving stones and/or slabs with decorative surfaces. For areas of more than 500 m², the terms of service are agreed on an individual basis.

For the preparation of the concept, it is necessary to complete such documents as: a development plan of the site with a scaled map (scale 1:200, 1:250 or 1:500), up-to-date ground and ground floor plans of the building at a scale of 1:100 or 1:50, up-to-date photographs of the property where the development is to be carried out. Details of their scope and method of handover are agreed with the developer by the Betard designer.

After reviewing the submitted concept, the developer can make one-off comments at no extra charge. After recognising their details, the designer Betard is going to present an updated version of the project or, in case of reservations preventing the introduction of corrections, consult with the investor and propose an alternative version of changes. Further possible modifications require separate arrangements and a quote.

The design service enables the right choice of products and their proper layout, both in terms of aesthetics and functionality. The investor receives professional support and a set of necessary materials (plans, material specifications, etc.) that enable precise implementation of the proposed surface layouts. And the availability of discounts means that the investor's costs can be significantly reduced.

The concept is created by an experienced designer on professional software, based on a range of proven, high-quality surface products. The Betard designer also consults with the customer to determine their expectations and whether they can be met. The materials are produced and delivered electronically within a short period of time (usually up to 10 working days), and comments can be reported once free of charge after the design has been received.
