The data entered in the form is processed according to the purpose of the specific form, e.g. to process a service report or business contact, to register services, etc. The context and description of the form clearly indicate its purpose in each case.

VI. Controller's Logs

Information about user behaviour on the website may be logged. This data is used for the purpose of administering the website.

VII. Relevant Marketing Techniques

The operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic via Google Analytics (Google Inc. with its registered office in the USA). The operator does not transfer personal data to the operator of this service, but only anonymised information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user's device. With regard to information about user preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the user can view and edit cookie-related information using the following tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/

The operator may use remarketing techniques that allow advertising messages to be tailored to the user's behaviour on the website, which may give the illusion that the user's personal data is being used to track the user. In the practical terms, however, no personal data is transferred from the Operator to the advertising operators. The technological prerequisite for such activities is that cookies are enabled.

The website operator uses what is known as a Facebook pixel. This technology allows Facebook (Facebook Inc. with its registered office in the USA) to recognise that a person registered with Facebook is using the Website. This is based on data for which Facebook is the Controller. The website operator does not transfer any additional personal data to Facebook. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user's device.

The Operator may use solutions that automate the operation of the Website in relation to users, e.g. enabling an email to be sent to the user after visiting a specific subpage, provided that the user has agreed to receive commercial correspondence from the Operator.

VIII. Information on cookies

The website uses cookies.

Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Website User's end device and are used to facilitate the use of the Website. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, their storage time on the end device and a unique number.

The entity placing cookies on the Website User's device and gaining access to them is the Website operator.

Cookies are used for the following purposes:

  1. proper functioning of the website, optimisation of its operation, maintenance of user sessions;
  2. achievement of the objectives set out above in the section ‘Relevant Marketing Techniques’, including for statistical and advertising purposes and to ensure the proper functioning of the tools available on the website;

The Website uses two basic types of cookies: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User's device until the User logs out, leaves the website or turns off the software (web browser). Persistent cookies are stored in the User's device for the time specified in the cookie file parameters or until they are deleted by the User. Ending the browser session or turning off the device does not delete them from the device. The permanent/persistent cookie mechanism does not allow the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the User's device.

Cookies register the activity of the website User, recognising the device, thanks to which the website is displayed in a way optimised to the individual preferences of the User.

The solutions used on the website are safe for the devices of Users using the Controller's website. It is not possible for dangerous or malicious software to enter the Users' Devices.

Web browsing software (web browser) usually allows cookies to be stored on the User's end device by default. Website Users can make changes to these settings. The web browser allows cookies to be deleted. It is also possible to automatically block cookies. For further details, please refer to the help or documentation of your web browser (for more information, see item IX).

Restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Website.

Cookies placed on the Website User's device may also be used by entities cooperating with the Website operator, in particular Google (Google Inc. with its registered office in the USA) and Facebook (Facebook Inc. with its registered office in the USA).

IX. Cookie management – how to give and withdraw consent in practical terms?

The User can change the browser settings regarding cookies by specifying the conditions for their storage and access to the device (including limiting or disabling access of cookies to the device). If the User selects this option, the Website can be used except for functions that, due to their nature, require cookies. The User can make the changes to the settings referred to above using the web browser settings or the service configuration. These settings can be changed, in particular, to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings or to inform about them each time they are placed on the device. Detailed information about the possibilities and ways of handling cookies are available in the software (web browser) settings.

Disabling cookies necessary for authentication processes, security, and maintaining user preferences may make it difficult, and in extreme cases impossible, for users to browse websites.
