Project description
The space around the elegant architecture of the detached house was arranged with a harmonious combination of extensive green areas and practical elements made of Betard concrete.
For the ordering party, we built retaining walls according to an individual design, as well as landscape architecture and paving elements such as decorative slabs, steps and paving stones.
It is a modern design using elements in monochromatic colours referring to the building's façade. Particularly noteworthy is the use of L-shaped retaining walls as a front fence of the plot and as a place for waste segregation.
The path leading to the entrance of the building was made of a combination of Quattro slabs with a punto grano finish and Pianola paving stones with a standard graphite finish. The entrance area was separated from the driveway area with Lungo 160 concrete planters. Pianola paving stones were used for the driveway, this time in a white granite finish.
The terrace area was also made of Quattro slabs, thus referring to the entrance area. In addition, Scalino concrete stair treads in standard finish – graphite were used here.
The property developers also used solid concrete Cubo 150 planters, which were perfect for decorating the garden and protecting the trees planted in them.
