T-type prestressed beams are designed for use in road bridge structures in single-span as well as multi-span systems. In cross-section, the beams have a T-shaped cross-section, the width of the shelf is fixed at 890 mm. T-beam spans are one of the more popular construction solutions in Poland. We produce beams according to catalogue lengths - T12, T15, T18, T21, T24, T27 as well as individually designed beams of any length, including side impact reinforced beams. Customised beam heights are also possible. We make beams with a string tension of up to 1,000 tonnes per beam and a maximum weight of 50 tonnes. The beams can be concreted in for additional accessories for the installation of health and safety equipment (known as Kobolds), as well as for the creation of boreholes for object drainage. Different versions of the design of the prefabricated face are used to suit the structural layout of the bays. We carry out customised adaptations to the front of the beam (also at an angle adapted to the slant of the object). Type A beam face with cut flanges and web is designed for continuous multi-span and simply supported systems. The type B beam face is straight and used in simply supported systems. The C-shape with forming walls facilitates the construction of the spans, the walls acting as formwork for the supporting cross-beams. We use rope handles made of high-strength prestressing steel as transport hooks. For T-type bridge beams, we also produce fibre concrete plates to fill the gaps between prefabricated elements. For the production of the beams, we use aggregates that comply with the latest guidelines of the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways. We also manufacture MG-T type bridge beams.
