Teriva slag concrete floor blocks are available in several variants, enabling their proper selection for the required floor load-bearing capacity. The elements differ in width and height, which determines the spacing of the floor beams and the height of the reinforced concrete beams between the rows of floor blocks, created after pouring the layer of topping concrete.
Use of slag concrete blocks
Teriva blocks are only a light filling of the floor, allowing to reduce the dead load of the floor and the consumption of concrete. Each pallet also contains hollow blocks – elements in which the chambers are not continuous. They are used to form end faces adjacent to wreaths, joists and distribution ribs. The minimum characteristic strength for all types of hollow blocks is 1.5 kN.
