Prefabricated tramway tracks are systemic pavement solutions for use in the construction of a substructure integrated with the carriageway. We offer 3 types of solutions: a two-disc set, a three-disc set and a five-disc set. Depending on the track layout adopted, the set comprises: track plates, intertrack plates and side plates.

Prefabricated reinforced concrete track and roadway slabs are produced in segments of a specific length and shape, which facilitates their transport and installation on site and allows the geometry of the track to be shaped according to the customer's needs. The panels are designed with a recess designed to accommodate the rail. A bespoke design approach ensures that our products are compatible with different rail types and fixing systems. High quality and precision workmanship, providing stable and even support for the tram rails. Prefabricated tram tracks minimise disruption to traffic during construction and allow high quality standards of pavement to be achieved.

We produce prefabricated elements adapted to arches with angled ends as well as whole slabs in an arch. Our prefabricated elements allow for the free positioning of all equipment and turnouts, adapting to the specifics of the project. It is possible to produce subfloors with a top surface of any texture, such as imitating cobblestones, which allows them to blend harmoniously into the urban environment. Our forms are flexible and easily adapt to different elements of urban infrastructure, such as bus stops and pedestrian crossings.
