What do you have to do to win? It's very simple – we have published a post on our Facebook and Instagram profiles with 9 blurred photos of Betard Sparta Wrocław players. Your task is to assign the Sparta players to specific photographs.


The two people who are the first to guess them all, or who have the most correct answers, win. You can only give one answer. We are waiting for your answers until 11 a.m. on Friday. The results will be announced one hour later.

Below are the regulations for the ‘Tickets for WROTOR’ competition


REGULATIONS OF THE FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM COMPETITION OF 16 JULY 2024


§ 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS


1. The organiser of the Competition on Facebook and Instagram (hereinafter: the ‘Competition’) is Betard sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Długołęka

(hereinafter the ‘Organiser’).


2. The Organiser is the founder of the prize.


3. The Controller of the personal data provided by the Competition Participants is the Organiser.


4. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the Participant to join the Competition. Persons providing data have the right to access, change or delete this data.


5. These Regulations define the conditions of the Competition.


6. The Competition is not created, administered, supported or sponsored by Facebook and Instagram.


7. The Organiser declares that the Competition is not a game of chance, a raffle, a plant, a promotional lottery, the result of which depends on chance, or any other form provided for in the Act of 19 November 2009 on gambling.


8. The Competition is held on the betard (Facebook) and betardprefabrykaty (Instagram) pages, hereinafter: the ‘Fanpage’.


9. The Organiser supervises the correctness and course of the Competition, i.e. providing information about the Competition and handling complaints.


§ 2. PARTICIPANTS IN THE COMPETITION


1. Participants of the Competition can only be natural persons, consumers within the meaning of Article 221 of the Civil Code, having full legal capacity, being users and having an active account on Facebook.com and Instagram.com; who have accepted these Regulations (hereinafter: ‘Participant’).


2. The Participant declares that:

a. is a natural person with full legal capacity;

b. has read these Regulations and voluntarily participates in the Competition;

c. agrees to and accepts the terms of the Regulations, including having read and fully accepting the content regarding the prize collection procedure;

d. undertakes to comply with the provisions of the Regulations, including the Facebook and Instagram Regulations;

e. has consented to the processing of personal data for objectives related to participation in the Competition;

f. is a registered user of the Facebook or Instagram social networking website;


3. The Organiser's employees and associates are not eligible to participate in the Competition.


§ 3. PRIZE


1. There are 4 prizes in the Competition – for 2 people selected as indicated in §6.


2. The prize is two tickets to the Betard Sparta Wrocław – Apator Toruń match in Wrocław as part of the 11th round of the PGE Ekstraliga (19/07/2024).


3. Information about the Prize shall be included in the content of the announcement of the Competition published on the Facebook website, on the ‘Betard’ profile and on the Instagram website, on the ‘betardprefabrykaty’ profile.


4. Winners may waive the Prize, but they are not entitled to a cash equivalent or any other prize in return.

§ 4. PLACE, TIME AND COMPETITION RULES


1. The Competition is available in the form of a competition advert (hereinafter: ‘competition post’) on the Organiser's Facebook profile at facebook.pl/betard and on the Organiser's Instagram profile at ‘betardprefabrykaty’


2. The competition runs from the 16/07/2024 at 8:00 p.m. to

the 19/07/2024 at 11:00 a.m.


3. The results of the Competition shall be announced on the Facebook social media website on the ‘betard’ profile and on Instagram on the ‘betardprefabrykaty’.


§ 5. RULES FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION


1. The task of the Competition Participant is to guess which Betard Sparta Wrocław player is in each photo posted on the Facebook page of the ‘betard’ profile and on the Instagram page of the ‘betardprefabrykaty’ profile.


2. Information about the Competition shall be available on the organiser's website


§ 6. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION AND RECEIPT OF PRIZES


1. Access to the Competition is free of charge and requires registration on the Facebook or Instagram websites.


2. The condition for participation in the Competition is acceptance of the Regulations and correct completion

of all tasks described in § 5 Section 1 of the Regulations.


3. The Organiser decides on the award of the prize by means of an analysis of the correctness and attractiveness of the tasks described in § 5 Section 1 of the Regulations by the Participants of the Competition.


4. The Organiser shall select 2 winners from the submitted answers based on the number of correct answers and the time taken to answer them. In the event that more than 2 participants have provided the highest number of correct answers, the Contest Committee shall take into account the time of publication of the answers and shall select as winners the 2 participants who posted their answers first.


5. The winner of the competition shall be notified of their win and the conditions for claiming the prize via a private message sent on Facebook or Instagram within one hour of the competition closing.


6. Public information about the winner shall also be posted in a comment to the competition post on the Organiser's fan pages.


7. In order to receive the prize, the Participant must

send their email address from the moment the Competition results are announced on the fan page in a private message.


8. Failure to send the message referred to in item 7 or exceeding the allowed response time or sending incorrect data shall result in the participant losing the right to the prize.


9. The participant's loss of the right to the prize referred to in section 8 shall be transferred to the next person indicated by the commission.


10. The prize awarded in the Competition shall be sent to the participant within one hour of the Organiser receiving the information referred to in section 6.


§ 7. COMPETITION COMMITTEE


1. The answers shall be evaluated by a competition commission consisting of representatives of

the Organiser.


2. The answers shall be assessed in terms of:

– Correctness of the given answer in comparison with the actual photographs

- time of reply


3. The composition of the Commission is subject to change for reasons beyond the Organiser's control.


§ 8. ORGANISER'S RESPONSIBILITIES


1. The Organiser shall not be liable for the reliability and accuracy of the data of the Competition Participants, including the inability to award prizes for reasons attributable to the Participant, in particular if the Participant has not provided a real mailing address or the data provided is incomplete or out of date.


2. The Organiser declares that it does not control or monitor the content posted by Participants in terms of reliability and truthfulness, subject to actions related to the removal of violations of the Regulations or generally applicable laws.


3. The Organiser reserves the right to exclude from participation in the Competition Participants whose actions are contrary to the law or the Regulations and Facebook regulations, in particular participants who:

a) post content that violates applicable law or the regulations available on the Facebook website (in particular, content that is offensive, both in text and graphic form);

b) take action using an account/profile created in violation of Facebook rules;

c) take actions using third-party accounts/profiles that do not comply with Facebook rules;

d) interfere with the mechanism of the Competition;

e) create fictitious Facebook accounts/profiles


4. The Organiser is not responsible for any malfunctions in ICT links, servers, interfaces, browsers or the Facebook platform.


5. The Organiser is not responsible for the temporary or permanent blocking of the page or application from Facebook.


§ 9. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA


1. The personal data of the Competition Participants shall be processed by the Organiser exclusively for the objective of performing the activities

necessary for the proper conduct of the Competition.


2. The personal data of the Competition Participants shall be stored by the Organiser only for the period necessary to conduct the Competition and award prizes to the winning Participants.


3. Participants have the right to inspect, correct and delete the processed data. The data is provided on a voluntary basis, however, registration on the Facebook website is required to participate in the Competition.


4. Upon deletion of the data, the User loses the possibility to participate in the Competition.


§ 10. COPYRIGHT


1. All intellectual property rights in the Competition shall be vested in the Organiser. Participation in the Competition shall not result in the acquisition by Participants of any intellectual property rights. It is forbidden to infringe the intellectual property rights in the Competition in any way, in particular:

a) copying, modifying and electronically transmitting or otherwise distributing the Competition mechanism or parts thereof, as well as individual works and databases, without the express written consent of the Controller;

b) using the Competition in a manner inconsistent with the Regulations or generally applicable laws.


§ 11. COMPLAINTS AND REPORTING VIOLATIONS


1. Participants should report any complaints regarding the manner in which the Competition is conducted in writing during the Competition, but no later than within 7 (seven) days from the date of awarding the Prizes.


2. All complaints regarding the way the Competition is conducted should be reported

in writing by the winners no later than within 7 (seven) days from the date of awarding the Prizes.


3. A complaint submitted after the deadline shall have no legal effect.


4. A written complaint should include the first name, surname and exact address of the Participant, as well as a detailed description and justification of the complaint.


5. Complaints should be sent by registered mail to the Organiser's address


6. Complaints shall be dealt with in writing within 30 days.


§ 12. FINAL PROVISIONS


1. The Regulations enter into force on 16/07/2024 and are valid until 19/07/2024.


2. Matters not covered by these Regulations shall be governed by the provisions of the Civil Code and other legal provisions.


3. Disputes relating to and arising from the Competition shall be settled by a common court having local jurisdiction over the Organiser's registered office.
