Box tanks

Prefabricated box tanks are elements designed to collect rainwater, municipal and agricultural wastewater. We distinguish between aboveground and underground tanks and open or top-covered tanks.

Production process of box tanks

Tanks are most often made in the form of top-open boxes and cover plates, adapted to different types and sizes of load. Made to individual order, according to design.

We manufacture prefabricated rectangular-shaped tanks with a capacity of 5-15 m3, as well as segmented elements that, when combined, form larger volume tanks.

Design capabilities of box tanks

Components are made to customer specifications and safety regulations, taking into account shape, size and material requirements. Tanks may contain plumbing holes and manholes. The cover plates of underground tanks can be adapted to take up loads, e.g. from vehicles.

Transport of box tanks

The tanks are transported to the installation site using specialised means of transport, taking into account their size and weight. The most common vehicles are those with a low loader trailer.

Installation of box tanks

Depending on the design of the tank, installation may involve the foundation of the entire box that forms the base of the tank, on which a cover plate is mounted. In the case of oversized tanks made of composite walls, for example, further wall segments are assembled on a specially prepared base, which are then covered with, for example, hollow core slabs.
