Leca®BLOK
Leca® expanded clay blocks The 18 cm wide acoustic blocks are designed for the erection of structural and partition walls, mainly between apartments in multi-family buildings, terraced houses, semi-detached houses, hotels, etc.
The elements are characterised by very good sound insulation. To build walls, use cement-lime mortar and build them with full horizontal and vertical joints. To achieve a high level of noise protection, a wall built with Leca® BLOCK Acoustic 18 blocks must be covered with cement-lime plaster on both sides. On the other hand, walls made of 18g Leca® BLOK acoustic blocks can be plastered with both gypsum and cement-lime plaster.
*Expanded clay has high thermal and acoustic insulation parameters and is resistant to frost, fire, mould, fungi and humidity. The detailed specification of the final product is set out in the Declaration of Performance
