Description of execution
It is with great satisfaction that we present our latest project - the façade of the Stefan Żeromski Theatre in Kielce, using prefabricated concrete elements. This prestigious investment, which is an integral part of the city's cultural landscape, perfectly reflects our ability to engage in the realisation of diverse, ambitious construction projects.
The architectural design was created by WXCA.
The elements were produced using customised moulds by RECKLI GmbH.
As part of the project, we:
- produced 282 prefabricated panels
- used 97 moulds with different geometries and moulds
- created façade elements with a total surface area of 340 m²
Production technology
We used mass-coloured concrete reinforced with dispersed zirconium fibres, which guarantees not only aesthetics but also exceptional durability of the elements. We made the prefabricated elements using three different types of moulds, thus obtaining unique shapes on the surface of the façade.
The production time was only 12 weeks, which was a huge challenge due to the need to achieve the highest visual qualities. The work on the moulds with GRC (Glassfibre Reinforced Concrete) required special precision and commitment from us, thanks to which we successfully met the very high aesthetic requirements.
The entire project was carried out according to the design of the renowned architectural studio WXCA.
We are proud of the end result and believe that the façade of the Theatre in Kielce will remain an attractive showcase of the city for a long time to come, and at the same time is another example of our ability to create durable and functional building elements for such exceptional facilities.
