Housing project recreational area
This housing project stands out with a uniquely appealing design of the common park and garden area. The circulation ways there are provided with the Urbanica paving blocks from Betard, in the characteristic washed texture version and puro grano colour. Urbanica is a system solution (a combination form) comprising 4 rectangular formats that allow building practical and aesthetically pleasing compositions. The smallest block format measures 17.8x15.8x6 cm, while the largest one measures 27.8x15.8x6 cm. All formats feature a subtle and convenient micro-chamfer along the edges.
The pavement built with the blocks were designed to conveniently complement the vegetation, which is the leading motif of the area. The washed punto grano finish goes in harmony with the plants and the charming landscape furniture, as well as the refined exterior finish of the houses
Residential area and adjoining land
The residential area of this project are rows of low houses. Tested and proven products for single-family construction were used. For this project, we provided slotted blocks, ventilation bricks, lintels, and the popular filigree and Teriva separating floor solutions.
