Description of execution
The project includes the construction of more than twenty detached single-storey houses with an attic that can be converted into additional living space. The solid wall construction is based on a suitable set of Betard blocks, hollow bricks, fittings and lintels.
For this project, we delivered 25,000 Leca ® BLOCK 24 hollow blocks, which are expanded clay building blocks with numerous functional advantages, including:

- Excellent thermal and acoustic insulation parameters
- Resistance to frost, fungi and mould
- High vapour permeability
- Wide range of applications (external and internal walls)
From our wide portfolio of products dedicated to individual types of external and internal walls, approximately:
- 12,500 concrete blocks B-6 14
- 2,600 ventilation hollow bricks
- 5,500 concrete partition blocks
- 4,000 Leca® BLOK U24 lintels and corbels
- 700 linear metres of lintels
