Elements of a pass-through silo

Run-through silos are prefabricated building blocks that are used to create run-through silos for silage and biomass. Made of high-strength concrete (C55/67) and resistant to aggressive atmospheric agents, they provide a durable and safe structure. Prefabs are available in two types: edge (L) and centre (T), in heights of 100, 150, 200, 250 and 300 cm, allowing flexibility in silo design.

Production process of Elements of a pass-through silo

The prefabricated silo elements are manufactured from C55/67 grade concrete, which ensures excellent load-bearing capacity. The concrete used in production is usually of exposure classes XC4, XF3, XA3, which means high resistance to aggressive environments, including moisture and frost. Production of the components takes place in specialised moulds, which ensures repeatability and precise dimensions. The prefabricated elements are equipped with a tongue-and-groove connection system for easy installation.

Thanks to these various variants, it is possible to build silos of different capacities, which are ideal for agriculture, especially for the storage of silage and biomass.
