Description of execution
The office building, designed by the Warsaw-based architectural studio Kuryłowicz & Associates, strongly refers to the architecture of Wrocław from the beginning of the 20th century thanks to the material used, concrete, and the rhythmic division of the façade. As part of our partnership in the construction of this building, we produced 526 prefabricated reinforced concrete façade elements with 68 different geometries. The corners of the building are rounded at the intersection of the streets, and the prefabricated elements take on interesting shapes in these places from a design point of view. The elements have been impregnated with a special release agent that prevents the concrete from absorbing water. In the event of contact with the prefabricated element, it condenses on its surface.
