Spun poles
Pre-tensioned prestressed concrete poles and reinforced concrete poles are high-quality prefabricated components used in the construction of low- and medium-voltage power lines, telecommunications lines and support structures. Thanks to the spinning technology, they provide high durability, load-bearing capacity and a smooth surface. The products comply with the PN-EN 12843:2008 standard and have a Factory Production Control Certificate.

TECHNICAL DETAILS
Production process of Spun poles
The production of the poles is carried out using concrete of class C50/60 or higher and prestressing strands with a strength of 18060 MPa. The centrifugation technology allows the concrete mixture to be thoroughly compacted, eliminating excess water and light substances, which increases the durability and resistance of the product. The concrete maturation process takes place in special firing chambers, which speeds up the material's full strength.
Production capabilities of Spun poles
We manufacture various types of poles, including E-type prestressed concrete spun poles and ŻN-type reinforced concrete power poles. The product range also includes pre-stressed concrete rod poles for overhead-cable lines (Ek), double-walled rod poles (EW) and EMS rod poles. In addition, we manufacture general purpose (ER) poles and specialised poles for hop cultivation. We also offer prefabricated foundation elements such as slabs and mouth beams.
Design capabilities of spun poles
Our products are designed for maximum load-bearing capacity and durability, adapted to various operating conditions. Poles can be used as elements of support structures, including in pole transformer stations and overhead lines. Thanks to the high performance of the concrete and prestressing steel, they provide longevity and weather resistance.
Transport of spun poles
Due to the length of the prefabricated elements, transport is carried out using vehicles with adjustable length trailers (so-called stretchers). We provide safe transportation of products to the project site, with nationwide delivery available.
Installation of spun poles
Poles can be set directly into the ground or into reinforced concrete foundations, steel-concrete foundations or with mouth plates. The installation process depends on the structural requirements and should be specified in the substructure designs for each rod application.
