Description of execution
The precise workshop design and coordination of its form with the investor means that the parties are fully aware of the expectations and challenges facing the team on the construction site.
As part of our partnership in the construction of this building, we carried out the detailed design of the storage facility and office building. We produced, delivered and installed more than 450 prefabricated reinforced concrete and prestressed elements that form the hall's structure. The skeleton consists of reinforced concrete columns connected by column supports and foundation anchors, three-layer reinforced concrete ground beams, prefabricated docks and retaining walls. Prefabricated prestressed beams and hollow core units were used as ceiling elements.
The roof of the building was made using prestressed technology, consisting of girders with a constant cross-section and a length of 30 m and gable roof purlins with a length of 12 m.
