Description of execution
As part of our partnership in the construction of this service building and its accompanying infrastructure in Warsaw, we produced, delivered and assembled over 2,500 prefabricated reinforced concrete and prestressed elements that make up the building's skeleton.
Thanks to the optimisation of the design, we were able to offer a solution that was more than 30% cheaper than the originally designed one.
In the first stage of the work, prefabricated reinforced concrete columns were used as supports for the HCU hollow core floor beams with heights of 320 and 500 mm. The roof structure consisted of prestressed girders with a record length of 32 m and an oversized transport height.
We provided installation on a very small site, which required full coordination of delivery and production. The building was assembled in stages.
