Description of execution
We are very pleased to announce that our company had the pleasure of participating in a prestigious investment in the Podkarpacie region. On the order of BMW ZK Motors, the only authorised BMW and MINI dealer in the region, we produced and installed concrete prefabricated elements that make up the entire structure of the new car showroom in Krasne near Rzeszow.
The realisation of this project required the use of advanced technological solutions and prefabricated components with complex geometries. Of the 57 columns we supplied, 52 had different geometries and therefore required the preparation of individual moulds. This challenge demonstrates our flexibility and ability to meet even the most demanding orders.
The standout feature of the structure was the roof beams, which were nearly 2 metres high. These prefabricated elements acted as both a wall and a beam, providing support for the prestressed hollow core units. The prefabricated elements forming the driveway railing are also noteworthy. Their geometry was designed so that the balustrade support was a support for the filigree floor slabs that formed the driveway. The roof of the structure was made of asymmetrical prestressed gable girders. Due to the significant loads, 20 m long, 40 tonne-long beams were installed under the ceiling.
As part of the overall project, we produced:
- 41 reinforced concrete beams,
- 77 prestressed beams,
- 13 prestressed roof girders,
- 8 stair flights and landings,
- 34 single-layer walls,
- 11 base walls,
- 100 m² of filigree floor slabs,
- 4,500 m² of prestressed hollow core units.
The construction of this building was quite a challenge. The new BMW and MINI showroom in Krasne is an example of modern design achieved through the use of prefabricated concrete elements.
