Description of execution
The Daikin heat pump factory in Ksawerów is a new investment project for which Takenaka Europe was the general contractor. As part of our partnership, we were responsible for the production, transport and assembly of structural elements for three industrial halls.
The following list of Betard prefabricated elements that we produced for the construction of the building is testament to the enormous scale of the project:
- 841 poles
- 575 base walls
- 437 prestressed girders
- 1430 purlins
- 362 reinforced concrete beams
- 32 docks
- 16 reinforced concrete replacements
- 173 reinforced concrete walls
- 30 prestressed beams
- 6450 m² of hollow core units
- 100 m² of filigree floor slabs
- 8 stair flights.
In total, we delivered more than 6500 m² of floor slabs and approx. 2500 other prefabricated elements.
During the project, our priority was to work in close partnership with the Takenaka Europe team.
Our team showed flexibility and willingness to react quickly to any changes in the project.
Thanks to efficient communication and the commitment of our employees and the general contractor, all challenges were solved on an ongoing basis, which allowed for smooth and timely completion of the work.
Our experience and attention to detail are reflected in the high quality of the prefabricated elements supplied,
which in turn ensures the stability and durability of the entire complex. We are proud to say that our work has contributed to the success of this prestigious investment.
