Description of execution
In partnership with PBPiO G-5, we had the honour of participating in the ambitious construction project of a production and storage facility in Wrocław. Our task was to deliver prefabricated construction elements that not only met the highest quality standards but also impressed with their dimensions.
We delivered a total of 248 columns, which formed the foundation for the stability of the entire structure. In addition, we delivered 109 walls, 153 prestressed girders reaching an impressive length of around 22 metres, 76 reinforced concrete beams and 6 staircases, which provided convenient access to the different levels of the hall. The precisely manufactured construction elements not only provided the necessary load-bearing capacity, but also allowed for the creation of an effective hall space.
The production included the delivery of impressive solid walls with record dimensions of 15.24 m x 4.95 m. These huge prefabricated elements acted as both an insulating and protective barrier for the structure. With such large elements, logistics and transport are very important, requiring the use of specialised equipment and a very good understanding of the prefabricated elements' delivery route.
Our involvement in this project not only highlights our technical skills and experience, but also shows our ability to adapt flexibly to individual customer needs and to carry out projects of exceptional scale and complexity.
