Description of execution
We supplied prefabricated T-beams for the construction of the DK 47 national road from Rabka Zdrój to Zakopane (Zakopianka). The beams form the supporting structure of engineering structures along DK 47 on the Rdzawka – Nowy Targ section, such as bridges and road viaducts.
Based on the execution documentation, we produced 220 beams of various, unusual lengths up to 27m and weighing up to 30 tonnes.
The prefabricated bridge girders we delivered were installed directly from lorries at 4 buildings located in the vicinity of the Nowy Targ road junction.
The aim of the investment is to ensure faster and safer travel on the Kraków-Nowy Targ section, as well as to relieve local lower-class roads of transit traffic.
