Description of execution
In mid-2022, we completed the delivery of prefabricated elements for the construction of a production, storage and service hall, which will be part of a logistics centre with a total area of over 32,000 m².
For our customer, Commercecon, we produced and delivered construction elements for the first stage of the investment in Lućmierz with an area of over 6,000 m².
The building was designed as a single-aisle hall with a span of nearly 40 m, without intermediate columns, which allowed for the maximum possible usable area of the hall.
As part of the investment, we carried out a detailed workshop design of prefabricated roof elements, which assumed the use of record-breaking 37.40-metre-long prestressed gable girders!
For this investment, we produced and delivered:
- 78 columns with REI120 fire resistance
- 27 reinforced concrete beams
- 22 prestressed girders with a length of 37.40 m
- 18 docks
- 3 stair flights and landings
- 9 retaining walls
- 66 base walls
