Description of execution
For the Wrocław investment, we produced over 700 prefabricated elements, including over 13-metre HCU slabs, nearly 28-metre prestressed roof girders, lift shafts made using two technologies – box girder and solid walls, as well as multi-column reinforced concrete columns over 22 metres high.
Due to the hall's intended use, a high fire resistance class of R240 was required, resulting in an increased cover of the main bars and additional reinforcement with AQ42 anti-shrinkage meshes.
As part of the project, we produced:
columns, reinforced concrete beams, prestressed beams, prestressed girders, hollow core units, single-layer prefabricated walls, staircases and landings, lift shafts, foundations, docks.
