WROCLAW
The residential and commercial buildings at Kurkowa 14 have initiated changes in the previously neglected Nadodrze district of Wrocław. The building designed by Maćków Pracownia Projektowa fits beautifully into the urban fabric, continuing the pre-war urban layout.
The Milart Sp. z o.o. investment consists of two modern, eight-storey residential buildings.
As part of our partnership in the construction of this building, we designed, produced and delivered over 1,000 reinforced concrete elements, including 700 balcony slabs, over 41,000 m² of filigree floor slabs and over 60 stair flights with landings.
The balcony slabs have drainage grooves and a non-slip surface thanks to special moulds.
