Description
In cooperation with the GC, we made and delivered thousands of prefabricated elements, like base walls, columns and reinforced concrete beams to floor slabs, stair flights, and prestressed roof girders. The total surface area of the structures built under the project is more than 375,000 m², demonstrating the sheer scale and importance of such construction in Poland.
We produced the prefabricated elements in four of our plants (Wieruszów, Przywory, Gajków, and Długołęka), ensuring an unparalleled quality of processing execution and timely deliveries, even during peak production workloads. These projects are a testament to our commitment and flexibility to and in prefabricated element manufacturing.
What projects have been built in Kąty Wrocławskie?
ECE Projektmanagement Poland logistical hub
It is the first logistical operations facility built by this developer in Poland. This order was completed for the general contractor, Atlas Ward Poland.
Site area: 80,000 m²
Prefabricated elements delivered:
530 base walls
52 retaining walls
24 docks
9 prestressed girders
P3 Logistic Parks logistical operations buildings
Impressive in scale, this project was the construction of three warehouse buildings with a total area of 260,000 m². Thanks to our production capabilities, we could deliver up to 50 columns a day, ensuring a quick construction of buildings up to 700 metres long.
Building 1 and 2 surface area: 170,000 m² (contracted by Atlas Ward Poland).
Prefabricated elements delivered:
640 columns
365 base walls
181 docks
24 stair flights
8 retaining walls
275 reinforced concrete beams
3000 m² of HCUs
83 prestressed roof girders
Building 3 area: 90,000 m² (contracted by Bremer, including office buildings)
Prefabricated elements delivered:
7200 m² of HCUs
29 prestressed girders
Żabka warehouse and logistics buildings
A logistical warehouse designed for one of the largest convenience chains in Poland.
Site area: 35,000 m²
Prefabricated elements delivered:
305 columns
368 base walls
77 retaining walls
667 LEGO retaining blocks
58 docks
16 stair flights and landings
62 staircase walls
3400 m² of HCUs
96 reinforced concrete slab beams with side boards
17 prestressed girders
Prefabrication can significantly reduce project execution times, especially when large-scale structures are involved, like warehouse buildings with an area of several hundred thousand square metres.
With the prefabricated elements manufactured under controlled conditions, we could supply them at a record pace, ensuring the highest quality of production.
The prefabricated elements were adapted to specific structural requirements, which allowed an easy installation and quick closure of project stages.
