Description of execution
In mid-2022, we completed the delivery of prefabricated elements for the expansion of the high-bay storage facility and office space. The complex in Pyskowice will gain an additional 18,000 square metres of space.
We delivered almost 1,000 prefabricated elements for the construction, including prestressed elements such as girders and purlins forming the prestressed roof structure. Due to the oversized dimensions of the elements, specialised transports were organised with the necessary notification and transit permit. The unusual elements included docks with non-standard dimensions of 3.45 x 3.7 m. They were transported on a special form due to their greater width than the width of the semi-trailer. We also produced prestressed girders with a length of 30 m!
For this investment, we produced and delivered:
- 202 columns up to 17m long
- 166 base walls
- 33 docks
- 11 retaining walls
- 96 reinforced concrete beams
- 312 prestressed girders with a length of 12 metres
- 56 prestressed girders with a length of up to 30 metres
- 1,100 square metres of prestressed hollow core units
