Description of execution
For this project, we supplied prefabricated concrete elements for the construction of a hall, a connector and a gatehouse.
We produced:
- 56 multi-strut columns
- 90 single-layer base walls
- 89 single-layer walls
- 5 reinforced concrete beams
- 23 prestressed girders
The hall was designed as a three-aisle hall with columns up to 12 metres high. Prestressed girders with a cross-section of 0.5×1.6 metres were installed! The weight of a single element was as much as 30 tonnes. The length of the girders reached 24 metres.
The skeleton structure of the building was supplemented with prefabricated single-layer walls measuring approx. 7x2m, mounted to the structural height of the hall.
